On Tuesday 18 August 2026, Propact was formally recognised at ACCA Pakistan’s Approved Employer Recognition Ceremony, held at the Serena Hotel in Islamabad.

Propact achieved ACCA Approved Employer Platinum status in December 2024, and the ceremony brought together employers who achieved Approved Employer recognition during 2024 and 2025.

Representing Propact at the event were Sarah Yousaf, Head of People & Culture, and Naveed Ullah Khan, Head of Client Service Delivery, who collected our Approved Employer certificate on behalf of the wider Propact team.

More Than An Accreditation

For us, being an ACCA Approved Employer at Platinum level means much more than displaying another accreditation.

It reflects the investment we make in our people and the training, support and professional development available to accountants who build their careers with Propact.

Our business is built around people. Whether we are providing outsourced accounting support or helping a UK accountancy firm build a dedicated offshore team, the quality of the service ultimately depends on the people delivering it.

Recruiting talented individuals is therefore only the starting point.

We also need to give them the right environment to develop their knowledge, gain experience, progress professionally and become strong, long-term members of the teams they support.

Our ACCA Platinum Approved Employer status provides independent recognition of the framework we have put in place to do that.

What It Means For Our Team

For our people, the recognition reinforces our commitment to professional development and career progression.

Many members of the Propact team are building their careers within accountancy while studying towards, or progressing through, professional qualifications such as ACCA.

We want Propact to be an organisation where talented accountants can develop over the long term, rather than simply somewhere they come to complete a particular role.

That means investing in training, giving people exposure to real UK accountancy work, supporting their professional development and creating opportunities to take on greater responsibility as their careers progress.

Our Platinum Approved Employer status is recognition of that commitment.

What It Means For Our Clients

It is equally important for the accounting firms we support.

One of the biggest considerations when outsourcing work or building an offshore team is the quality and continuity of the people involved.

A successful offshore relationship is not simply about finding somebody with the right CV.

Those people need to be trained, supported and developed so they can understand the client’s systems, processes and expectations and become genuinely integrated members of the wider team.

For our clients, Propact’s ACCA Platinum Approved Employer status provides additional reassurance that the people supporting their businesses are working within an organisation whose approach to training and professional development has been independently recognised by ACCA.

That investment in our people ultimately feeds directly into the quality, consistency and continuity of the service we provide.

Building Better Accounting Teams

When we established Propact, our aim was never simply to provide lower-cost resource to UK accounting firms.

We wanted to help firms overcome recruitment and capacity challenges by giving them access to good accounting professionals who could become genuine extensions of their existing teams.

Developing those people has always been an important part of that model.

As Propact continues to grow, we remain committed to investing in our team, supporting their professional development and creating an environment in which talented accountants can build successful careers.

We are proud to have that commitment recognised through our ACCA Approved Employer Platinum status, and we would like to thank ACCA Pakistan for the recognition and everyone across Propact who has contributed to achieving it.
